You must have a Construction Permit from the FCC to build a radio
ststion in the USA. If you do not already have a permit, call 1-888-830-8223 and request
information on the application process. If you do not have an FCC permit and do not
intend to obtain one, you do not have the legal right to own broadcast equipment. If you
wish to have a "Hobby" or neighborhood radio station, please visit www.radiobiz.org. More information is on the "Minimums" page.
Once you have a valid construction permit, you may place an order for
broadcast equipment.
