You must have a Construction Permit from the FCC to
build a radio ststion in the USA. If you do not already have a permit, call 1-888-830-8223
and request information on the application process. If you do not have an FCC permit
and do not intend to obtain one, you do not have the legal right to own broadcast

Once you have a valid construction permit, you may
place an order for broadcast equipment.
